I've started a new game after contacting support twice I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game Third time, I was told to post my problem here, on the forums. I did so and then opened up Andromeda again, but the issue was still not fixed. (wasted 6 hours.) The second time I was told something was done to my account to try and fix it, and was told to log out of origin, wait 30 minutes, then log back in. I did this, but it still did not fix the problem. The first time I was told to uninstall and reinstall my game. I looked it up and it seems I only received the content from the initiative program (watching the six videos for the Pathfinder Helmet) and the platinum skin for signing up for emails from EA. I did receive a skin for the nomad, but it was not the Midas' touch. When I obtain the Tempest and go to the pathfinders quarters and hit the Special Deliveries Cache, i do not receive any of the items from the Deep Space Pack or the Deluxe Edition content. I have downloaded and installed the extra content (it shows that I have under the extra content tab when i click on the game in origin). I purchased it through Origin and it was a digital download directly through the origin application. I pre-ordered the Super Deluxe Edition of Andromeda around January.
